My spouse called Yuba City Dentistry Group. The person who answered the phone was friendly and sympathetic. She gave me a same day appointment. I was full of anxiety and pain when I arrived there. I was greeted right away with a friendly office staff. I was called in quickly and met with a sweet and sympathetic dental assistant that told me everything that would take place. After X-rays the dentist came in shortly after and introduced himself. He saw my obvious distress and assured me he was going to help get rid of the pain! He explained my options and ultimately I was getting a tooth extracted. Then I had my payment options presented to me by another kind and helpful staff member. They even helped me with making the choice that worked for me. Every staff member I came in contact with was friendly and kind. Even though I was in pain I felt relief. During the procedure Dr Virk continued to tell me what he was doing. The entire process quick and professional. I can't thank everyone enough. Tonight I am going to bed pain free! I will definitely be back and I highly recommend them!
